“Kasha”/mashed vegetables/



2 big size tomatoes

3 aubergines/eggplant/

4 papers

2-3 cloves garlic


Cube vegetables

1tbsp flour/diluted in water/

4tbsp oil

In a sauce pan heat up 4tbsp.oil and add 2 grated tomatoes, then peeled + chopped aubergines/eggplants/ And peppers.


Add 2-3 cloves garlic-pressed,salt to taste,2tsp paprika, 2cubes vegetables and add a glass of water.


Stir and pour the diluted flour. Leave to slowly bubble/cook about 5-10 min.and then remove from heat. Optionally you can grate a feta cheese on the portion before served.


Sandwich with ham and egg


4 slices of bread

70 g butter /margarine

100 g ham/salami/sausages

2 hard boiled eggs



Butter the slices of bread. At the top are arranged diagonally sausage/ham/salami rings,rings Boiled eggs. Decorate with leaves of parsley.

Warm potato salad


A culinary blog cannot do without a recipe for potato salad. To me, it is the Queen of cooked salads, mostly because it is very suitable as an accompaniment to appetizers and starters, side dish to main dishes and various backed meals/casseroles. I will share my way of preparation and, in result, you will understand how tasty it is. Not many products needed:

800gr potatoes

1 small onion

1 tsp salt

3-4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil

2 tsp vinegar/lemon juice/

Boil half a liter of water in a saucepan. During this time peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, rinse them and put them in the water. Add the salt. Boil them approximately 10-15 minutes, but still try them, because the varieties of potatoes are different. Then drain the water, but leave at least 1-2 spoons of water, to become juicy and soft and immediately add olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice and chopped into thin pieces and rubbed with salt onion. Transfer into salad dish and decorate as desired with finely chopped dill or parsley.
