300g thickly cut ham or ready from a packet
salt, olive oil, ground black pepper
2-3 sprigs dill for sprinkling
Courgettes cut into thick slices about half a centimeter, and onion in thin slices. Arrange in an oiled baking all products, sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to your taste. Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven 200C for 30-40 minutes. Remove the foil to finish cooking. Before presenting sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
