I guess a lot of you love fish, but abstain because of unhealthy frying. Recently prepared in a new way this delicacy, in which no frying is involved, but baking in the oven. So you will be pleased by the fact that your House won’t get unpleasant smell of fried fish. Other great advantage is that you won’t stay permanently to the pan. Try and mark my words I use Cod or cheap version called pangasius or other fish.
Marinate with salt, soy sauce and lemon juice. It’s nice to soak in the marinade for at least an hour. Then dip the fillets in beaten egg, then mixture to stick well: flour and breadcrumbs in a ratio of 50/50, spices-ground pepper, dried lovage and thyme. Arrange the pieces next to each other in a try with Baker’s paper on the bottom, which is oiled in advance. Sprinkle the fish with oil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 c, in the middle .
To consume with seasonally fresh, baked or cooked vegetables, pickles.
Very easy, quick and delicious sandwiches.
Slices of bread are needed, tomatoes/depending on the number of sandwiches/butter, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
Butter the bread and arrange tomato rings.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and top with grated cheese and small dollop of butter.
Bake in a moderate oven till golden.
This popular Bulgarian dish has many ways of preparation and the products can be chosen depends on the season. I made it in the ceramic pot, but maybe in a saucepan, and why not in the backing tray Necessary products: 1 chicken 150g mushrooms 5 onions 3 carrots 100g peas 500 g potatoes 1 bell pepper 200g green beans 500 g tinned tomato 5-6 cloves of garlic Salt , thyme, parsley, celery 1tbsp paprika 1 tsp ground black pepper 3-4 tbsp flour 4-5 tbsp oil.
The chicken is cut into portions, which have to be slightly fried in a little oil and then transferred into casseroles/saucepan In a separate container mix the chunky chopped and salted onion, carrots, mushrooms, green beans, peppers and garlic. Peel the potatoes, if they are big cut into large cubes and add them to other vegetables. All vegetables are put in the cooking dish with the chicken meat. The tomato can be poured into a bowl and mix with paprika, celery, parsley, thyme and black pepper and added to other products .Then dilute the flour in a warm water 1 ½ tea cup. Mix all products together in the casserole/cooking dish and put it in a cold oven and bake for two and a half hours. First hour cook at 200C and then the rest at 150C.
