1tea cup corn flour/semolina 0,750ml water 1tsp salt 1tea cup grated cheese 30 g butter Paprika
Way of preparation:
Boil the water with a salt in it and pour the semolina to trickle into boiling salted water. Boil till thicken while stirring until a homogeneous mixture. Serve in a dish and layered with feta cheese, melted butter and paprika.
